Return Policy

If a product is defective or damaged and you would like to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@gingiber.com. We will replace the item or offer a refund if no replacement can be made. Original shipping is not refundable.

Returns for non-defective products are allowed within 14 days of delivery if the towels are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To begin the refund/return process, email us at customerservice@gingiber.com to let us know that you would like to return a non-defective product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and providing a valid tracking number. Customers will only be refunded for the cost of the product, minus any shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned merchandise. Original shipping is not refundable.
